ITIL Strategist Direct Plan and Improve is aimed at managers of all levels involved in shaping direction and strategy or developing a continually improving team. It will cover both practical and strategic elements.
Therefore, it is the universal module, that will be a key component of both, ITIL Managing Professional and ITIL Strategic Leader streams.
Accredited training for the ITIL Managing Professional modules is mandatory to enable full understanding of the core material. All modules have ITIL 4 Foundation as a pre-requisite.

Exam & Certification
There are two official practical test and certification test AXELOS (Examination Institute) PeopleCert.
The final exam takes place online after the course. All candidates will receive an exam voucher to book the date of the final exam themselves.
- 30 questions, 60 minutes
- Pass mark: 21/30
- Prerequisites: ITIL® 4 Foundation + training through ATO TAYLLORCOX
- Electronic certificate in English
- Upon request, we will provide a court translation
