The BASICS OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT training is intended for applicants for the position of quality manager who are registered for employment at the Labor Office. It doesn't matter how long you've been on record, but you have to be there.

If you are on notice, and you are just going to ÚP, you cannot apply for a 100% subsidy of the course fee for this course in advance. Only when you are registered at the Labor Office.

Course content

Application of the basics of quality management: Product life cycle process, influences affecting quality, environment.

Applying quality assurance approaches: TQM, EFQM and CAF models. ISO 9001 and ISO 9004 standards.

Application of quality management tools: Deming's PDCA approach, including Pareto and statistical regulation.

Quality planning, analysis and prevention of defects: QFD, FMEA, FTA and more.

Risk assessment, analysis and prevention: SWOT, Kanban, Lean Production, Six Sigma, Just In Time, 5S.

Orientation in quality brands: European Quality Award EFQM, National Quality Awards of the Czech Republic.

Orientation in legal norms: Principles of protection laws and implementing decrees.
