We have enriched the training with practical examples of enterprise architecture design and modeling. In addition to open source tools, we also present professional solutions and demonstrations using the Sparx EA system. This official tool for enterprise architects is one of the most widely used tools in the field.
The SPARX software is certified by the creator of The Open Group (ArchiMate and TOGAF methodologies). It is a single tool that covers all domains of enterprise architecture.
Schedule
During the five day course, participants are introduced to the TOGAF methodology and the fundamentals of enterprise architecture, including the Architecture Development Method, architecture vision, business, information systems, and technology architecture. The course then expands into solution and business architecture, work with templates and reference models, and continues with advanced Level 2 topics such as Enterprise Continuum, architecture governance, architecture repositories, metamodels, stakeholder management, and implementation support. The training also includes work with maturity models, skills frameworks, and practical examples of enterprise architecture modeling, and concludes with preparation and practice tests for the TOGAF EA Practitioner exam.

Byla jsem na OpenGroup zkoušce TOGAFu, šla jsem rovnou na L1 a L2 dohromady a prošla jsem u obou, u L2 dokonce lepší výsledek (95%) než u L1 (92%). Samozřejmě nemůžu povídat o tom, co na testech bylo, ale řekla bych, že šlo o obměny těch cvičebních testů.
