The PRINCE2® certification scheme consists of the basic Foundation level. Graduates can also follow up with the Practitioner certification, which focuses on the practical deepening of knowledge. Or they can choose PRINCE2 Agile ™ certification, which is a combination of the best in terms of process and agile.
Successful completion of the Foundation level is also essential for participation in the PRINCE2® Practitioner or PRINCE2 Agile course. As of July 1, 2014, any project manager with a valid PMI or IPMA certification can skip the PRINCE2® Foundation certification test.
Not only teaching and training materials, but also the PRINCE2® Practitioner certification exam are completely homologated in Czech and Slovak. The certificates are internationally accredited and very popular in the private sector and public administration. The test contains a project scenario in which you must demonstrate the ability to solve project tasks using the PRINCE2® methodology
Areas of certification exam: key terms in the field of project management, PRINCE2 and PRINCE2 Agile. Principles, Processes and Topics. Product management in an agile context and adjustment of the methodology to the project. Acquisition of agile approaches to the organization of project manager's work, key concepts and techniques.
As part of the final certification exam, the book PRINCE2 Agile® Guidance is allowed, which is part of the education kit (official accredited materials) within the course.
Qualification requirements: PRINCE2 Foundation, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation, Project Management Professional (PMP), IPMA Levels A, B, C, D (Certified Projects Director), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
