The PRINCE2® certification scheme consists of the basic Foundation level. Graduates can also follow up with the Practitioner certification, which focuses on the practical deepening of knowledge. Or they can choose PRINCE2 Agile ™ certification, which is a combination of the best in terms of process and agile.

PRINCE2® Foundation
Intensive 3-day course with a lifelong training certificate
The aim of the certification is to verify the prerequisites and skills needed in practice as a member of the project team, or an independent manager or other employee who has a role in the project team.
Successful completion of the Foundation level is also essential for participation in the PRINCE2® Practitioner or PRINCE2 Agile course. As of July 1, 2014, any project manager with a valid PMI or IPMA certification can skip the PRINCE2® Foundation certification test.
PRINCE2® Practitioner
Intended for PRINCE2® Foundation graduates | Axelos / PeopleCert
Practitioner certification verifies with examples of your ability to effectively use the PRINCE2® methodology in practice. Test based on a case study. As part of the exam, it is allowed to work with the book, the official manual "Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2®"
Not only teaching and training materials, but also the PRINCE2® Practitioner certification exam are completely homologated in Czech and Slovak. The certificates are internationally accredited and very popular in the private sector and public administration. The test contains a project scenario in which you must demonstrate the ability to solve project tasks using the PRINCE2® methodology

- Graduate from 55% correct answers (44 points)
- Certificate: PRINCE2® Practitioner valid for 3-5 years
PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation
There is no more advanced Agile course. As a bonus, you get a lifetime certificate!
The PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation is a prerequisite for the follow-up PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner exam, which focuses on advanced agile management with the PRINCE2 methodology.
Areas of certification exam: key terms in the field of project management, PRINCE2 and PRINCE2 Agile. Principles, Processes and Topics. Product management in an agile context and adjustment of the methodology to the project. Acquisition of agile approaches to the organization of project manager's work, key concepts and techniques.

PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner
This certification is intended for all Foundation level graduates. The aim of the exam is verified by knowledge and ability to apply PRINCE2 in an agile environment.
As part of the final certification exam, the book PRINCE2 Agile® Guidance is allowed, which is part of the education kit (official accredited materials) within the course.
Qualification requirements: PRINCE2 Foundation, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation, Project Management Professional (PMP), IPMA Levels A, B, C, D (Certified Projects Director), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).

150 minutes + extra time if EN is not mother tongue
