Who are we?
Conformity Assessment Body (CAB) with the EU eIDAS Regulation over trust service providers. We carry out independent audits of products, services and companies in accordance with the eIDAS regulation. We train experts in the field of electronic identification and trusted communication.
We form a team of experts in the field of Regulation (EU) No. 910/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on electronic identification and trust-building services for electronic transactions in the internal market, as well as related legislation in the field of trust-building services pursuant to Act No. 297/2016 Coll. on trust-building services for electronic transactions.
Why eIDAS certification?
eIDAS provides a "standardized platform" that meets the security criteria for secure electronic communication between citizens, businesses and public authorities. Thanks to standardization, eIDAS is also a guarantee of fully compatible services in the EU internal market, without distinction.
Interest in gaining the trust mark continues to grow, as eIDAS extends to almost all legislation and electronic services:

- long-term storage of electronic documents
eIDAS and the law on trust-building services also set obligations for unqualified providers.

The European eIDAS regulation provides a framework for the provision of so-called trust-building services related to electronic signatures, seals and stamps. Providers who want to offer their customers services with the highest possible guarantees of reliability and security can obtain the status of so-called qualified service, which allows them to use a Europe-wide recognized and guaranteed trust mark.
TAYLLORCOX as an accredited conformity assessment body for services according to the eIDAS regulation was the first in the Czech Republic to perform an audit according to the eIDAS regulation. Thanks to the successful cooperation, the Ministry of the Interior subsequently entered the following services on the European Trusted Services List (EUTL).

Thanks to the fast and professional work of TAYLLORCOX, the services of all 3 domestic operators intended for the verification of qualified electronic signatures and seals have become the first service in the Czech Republic to successfully pass eIDAS certification and only the third service in Europe to offer authentication with trustworthiness. electronic signatures and seals with the highest possible guarantee for end users.
This service will be appreciated especially by public administration bodies, to which the obligation to verify signatures follows directly from legislation, specifically Decree No. 259/2012 Coll., On the details of the performance of the file service.
The Czech Social Security Administration is one of the first customers who decided to trust a professional solution when verifying signatures. Thanks to the status of a qualified service and a European trust mark, a qualified trust-building service can be relied not only on customers from the Czech Republic but also from 27 other EU countries and Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein, opening up new markets for these service providers.
