The course focuses mainly on the legal and practical aspects of eIDAS and how to prepare. Its contribution is a professional and thorough review of the impacts on the Czech legal environment, the impacts of eIDAS in companies and state institutions, or even cross-border activities.

Why eIDAS
As of 1 July 2016, a substantial part of Regulation No. 910/2014 of 23 July 2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market (so-called eIDAS) entered into force.
This repeals Directive No. 1999/93 / EC on the framework for electronic signatures and in the Czech Republic it repealed Act No. 227/2000 Coll., On electronic signatures.
In addition to the area of electronic signatures, eIDAS extends the regulation to new areas, especially the cross-border recognition of electronic identification or web certificates.
In the Czech Republic, eIDAS is associated with two key laws - No. 297/2016 Coll., On trust-building services for electronic transactions regulating so-called trusted services and the draft law on electronic identification.

S OnLine školeními v rámci virtuální třídy jsem měl původně obavy. V rámci koronavirové nabídky jsem absolvoval dva 'intro' kursy a byl vidět posun mezi tím prvním a druhým, kdy ten druhý (eIDAS) plně nahradil kurs v učebně. U školitele jde v každém případě o složitější práci. Co se týče frekventantů, tak tam je problém s udržením pozornosti.
