The Secure Wireless LAN course is for IT professionals who need to design, deploy, secure, and troubleshoot Fortinet wireless networks, especially using FortiGate + FortiAP.

What will you learn
Understand RF behavior and key wireless standards (WFA, IEEE, IETF)
Plan and optimize Wi-Fi coverage using FortiPlanner
Deploy WLANs (multi-SSID, mesh) and configure the wireless controller
Manage FortiAP via FortiCloud, enable guest Wi-Fi, FortiPresence, and BYOD with FortiAuthenticator
Secure and troubleshoot WLANs: rogue APs, intrusion detection, MAC filtering, fast roaming, load balancing, connectivity/auth issues
Certification
This course prepares you for the Secure Wireless LAN Specialist Exam. This course is part of preparation for the NSE6 certification exam.
