The information audit identifies areas under the GDPR
A data flow model is diagramatic representation of the flow and exchange of information within a system. Data flow models are used to graphically represent the flow of data in an information system by describing the processes involved in transferring data from input to file storage and reports generation.
The output of the Data Flow Audit is, in addition, prioritizing those workflows (in both electronic and paper formats) that have the greatest impact and are most problematic in terms of implementing GDPR requirements.

František Nonnemann
Frantisk has been dealing with the issue of law and practice of processing and protection of personal data for more than ten years. After graduating from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, he worked for many years in leading positions at the Office for Personal Data Protection, including as the head of the legal department.
He also participated in the preparation of the accredited course Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, is the author of the Handbook for Commissioners, is also involved in the development of other GDPR services, sample documents, methodologies, created an online free tool for GDPR Audit and now collaborates in the working group for GDPR certification Compliance.
Active activities in European working groups for personal data protection as well as in international control activities cannot be neglected either. He is a co-author of a commentary on Act No. 101/2000 Coll., On the protection of personal data, as well as a commentary on the GDPR, as well as a number of professional articles.

Jan Cuřín
A graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague. Since 2005 he has worked as a lead auditor for accredited certification bodies for ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO 9001 and ISO 50001, with dozens of certification and surveillance audits in public administration, healthcare, telecommunications, energy and banking, including audits abroad. As a consultant he has prepared a number of companies for ISO/IEC 27001 certification, he has audited bank identity services under the eIDAS regulation and since 1989 he has been a court-appointed expert witness in computing and economics. At TAYLLORCOX he teaches ISO 27001, the Czech Cyber Security Act and GDPR, and he also trains the auditors of certification bodies: so in his course you hear exactly what a certification audit will ask.

Problematice ochrany osobních osobních údajů se věnuje již více než 10 let, a to zejména s ohledem denní užívání v praktické aplikaci, provádění auditů ochrany osobních údajů, lektorské a poradenské činnosti.
V advokátní praxi se zaměřuje nejen na ochranu osobních údajů, ale také na IT právo a kybernetickou bezpečnost, kdy se jednotlivé specializace zásadně doplňují pro řešení konkrétních případů.
