Course for Internal and Lead ISO 9001 Quality Auditors. This is an advanced training designed for ISO 9001 Certified Manager graduates. During the course, you will go through the entire life cycle of an ISO 9001 audit. This is implemented in accordance with the applicable principles and regulations set by the ISO 19011 standard.

The fully accredited course builds on the ISO 9001 Certified Manager program. With this training, you will fulfill the obligation of 5 days of accredited training, directly under the auspices of the international certification body TAYLLORCOX. Graduates will be prepared for the role of both:
- Six Sigma Manager
- Internal Auditor ISO 9001
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (QMS)

Practical test - auditu simulation
Candidates take a practical exam of the chief quality auditor.
The intensive 3-day course builds on the ISO 9001 Certified Manager. The training is fully in accordance with ISO 17024 (personnel certification) and ISO 19011 (auditing principles) of the management and evaluation system.
Graduates will gain the international qualification ISO 9001 Quality Management System Lead Auditor.

Prerequisites
Monika Becková
A graduate of the CTU Faculty of Civil Engineering, majoring in automated control systems. After the implementation of several projects as a programmer-analyst, Monika has worked in the field of quality management systems since 1999, and since 2003 in the field of environmental management and health and safety systems.
Monika currently works as a certified auditor of the accredited certification body TAYLLORCOX in the above areas and as a quality manager. She works as a professional consultant in a number of key projects, has experience in conformity assessment and product certification, implementation and improvement of management systems in production and services. Monika holds the certificate of manager / auditor of EMS, QMS, OHSAS, EnMS and many others.
Vladimír Medlík
PRINCE2® Approved Trainer | Consultant
Vladimir has very rich experience in project management across disciplines. In addition to training, he manages to manage a project office at the General Finance Directorate. It creates a project management methodology for other clients. And always "tailored" to the needs of small and large companies. As an internationally accredited auditor, he also prosecutes other duties.

Petra Šimůnková
Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt trainer. Although she is one of the younger coaches in terms of age, she is a professional senior consultant. She has worked her way up in manufacturing companies except for the Six Sigma Manager. Her responsibilities were to increase quality, efficiency in processes, risk monitoring while reducing costs, especially through more efficient procedures and elimination of waste.
A graduate of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, majoring in Industrial Engineering and Management. Petra works on projects such as "Product Engineer" and Lean Manager. It is here that she uses the methodology and techniques of Lean Six Sigma.
