He applies the acquired experience from the position of an accredited Lead Auditor in the areas of IT Service Management, ISMS and GDPR.

Final Exam
Graduates of the course will receive the ISO/IEC 20000 Internal Auditor Certificate.
As part of the certification, they must demonstrate knowledge of the principles and processes of the IT service management system according to the ISO/IEC 20000 standard and the ability to apply them during internal audits. The exam verifies not only theoretical understanding, but also practical skills associated with assessing the compliance and effectiveness of IT Service Management processes.
