The training is aimed at introducing participants to the ISO/IEC 20000 standard and preparing them for conducting internal audits, with the aim of providing practical skills and knowledge necessary for the successful implementation and management of a service management system. Upon completion, participants will receive an ISO/IEC 20000 internal auditor certificate.

Final Exam

Graduates of the course will receive the ISO/IEC 20000 Internal Auditor Certificate.

As part of the certification, they must demonstrate knowledge of the principles and processes of the IT service management system according to the ISO/IEC 20000 standard and the ability to apply them during internal audits. The exam verifies not only theoretical understanding, but also practical skills associated with assessing the compliance and effectiveness of IT Service Management processes.

Exam format:

  • Duration: 60 minutes

  • Number of questions: 30 

  • Minimum passing score: 18 points (60%)

  • Language: Czech

  • Question type: multiple choice (only 1 at a time) correct answer)

  • Additional conditions: "closed book" – no materials are allowed to be used
