The Kanban System is growing in popularity. The methodology, originally from the manufacturing (automotive) industry, extends into a number of other fields and perhaps resonates the most in IT. But Kanban is not just about a nice visual board.
In addition to visualizing tasks, plans, and other project activities, it manages tasks throughout the life cycle. And not only that. They make them more and more efficient.
