    What is KANBAN

    History

An effort to make a car company more efficient

Toyota has invested a lot of energy in Kanban. It introduced its improved version of the use of Kanban board in a "relay" system for standardizing the flow of sub-activities on key production lines, which had to be just-in-time (JIT).

Although it is a system from the 1950s, it is an underestimated and perfect methodology that fits perfectly with agile projects.
