This intensive course for experienced holders of Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is focused on a detailed introduction to statistical methods and experiments. Course participants must demonstrate knowledge of previous levels of certification. Six Sigma Black Belt graduates are well acquainted with the philosophy, principles and processes of project and process management. The black belt means that you are ready to lead teams, support them and set the right methodology, roles and responsibilities.

Petra is the lead trainer of the industry and manufacturing courses at TAYLLORCOX and of the SkillFactory.cz programmes. In manufacturing companies she worked her way up from Product Engineer through Lean Manager to Six Sigma Manager, responsible for quality, process performance and risk control while cutting costs through more efficient methods and waste elimination.
