The P3O® Practitioner Course provides an opportunity to apply the concepts of the P3O guidance to a scenario and prepares participants for the P3O Practitioner Examination.

Homework
This 2-day intensive course focuses on practical exercises. The scenarios concern the Portfolio, the Program and the Project Office (P3O®).
Tips, recommendations and instructional training led by an accredited trainer (Axelos) with extensive experience ends with the P3O® Practitioner certification exam.
The final exam takes place online after the course. All candidates will receive an exam voucher to book the date of the final exam themselves.

The P3O® certification scheme has been developed to offer two levels of certification, Foundation and Practitioner.
Our P3O® courses are fully accredited by PeopleCert on behalf of AXELOS
- The certificate is in electronic form
- P3O® Practitioner Axelos is valid for 5 years
- The original is in English. Upon request, we will provide a certified expert translation
Examination Format
P3O Practitioner exam (Axelos / PeopleCert)
Upon successful completion of the exam and following confirmation of the results, the participants will receive a unique, secure and auditable electronic certificate from PeopleCert.
