PeopleCert: changes, restrictions
PeopleCert, the only EI (Examination Institute) for courses in the Axelos portfolio, has issued major changes to the license terms. The new "Accreditation Guide" is binding for all ATOs (Accredited Training Organization), including TAYLLORCOX. You can find out what this means for new and existing graduates here:
PeopleCert an integral part of the course
A new requirement is the obligation to pay together with the course from the Axelos portfolio also the PeopleCert certification. From now on, the paid PeopleCert exam is also an integral part of the course.
What does this mean for you?
- Price increase for PeopleCert certification
- It applies to all courses implemented from November 1, 2019
- Axelos portfolio training without PeopleCert certifications is no longer allowed
- Graduates of the training without PeopleCert certification can continue to order it
Price increase
TAYLLORCOX graduates thus no longer have a choice between the certificate issued by the ATO (Accredited Training Organization), which was part of the course price, but must also purchase the program with the "PeopleCert" certification. It is now an integral part of all TAYLLORCOX training, as well as other fees.
The final price thus includes all of the below:
- license fees
- teaching led by an accredited coach
- accredited training materials in full
- registration fees associated with certification and other costs associated with it
- full service and related support from registration for the course to the issuance of certification

Project Management: PRINCE2® Foundation, PRINCE2® Practitioner, PRINCE2 Agile ™ Foundation, PRINCE2 Agile ™ Practitioner, AgileShift Certification. Program Management: MSP Foundation, MSP Practitioner. Portfolio Management: MoP Foundation, MoP Practitioner. Project, Program, Portfolio: P3O Foundation, P3O Practitioner. Risk management courses: M_o_R Foundation, M_o_R Practitioner. And also the entire portfolio of IT Service Management: ITIL from the Foundation level to the certification of ITIL v3 Expert or ITIL 4 Master.
