New simulations MarsLander® is positioned. For those ITSM teams that want to improve their performance, that want to be prepared for DevOps and for those teams that want to explore how their teams can benefit from Agile, Lean and DevOps principles in order to update their current services.

This interactive training workshop provides a safe environment where your team can experiment and explore new ways of working together to quickly respond to new business requests and deliver fast, reliable, safe and error-free solutions. They will accomplish this by changing their respective mindsets, learning to see the customer as their primary focus and implementing continual learning and improvement.

Launch a rocket with the MarsLander on board, land on Mars and collect valuable data for universities and research centers. The mission director who manages the mission center leads a team consisting of flight operation, navigation and communication experts. These specialists manage the flight plan of the mission in accordance with the mission goals as well as contractual agreements with the customers and suppliers. Each member of your team will adopt a role with specific tasks, responsibilities and authority.

Simulation closure

The simulation is made up of 4 rounds. Each round will reflect a part of the mission.

Round 1 – Prepare the mission

The team will start with a traditional structure. There will be a Service Desk and first and second line support.

The first actions are focused on getting a clear picture of the current Service requirements of Mission Control. There is also a backlog of issues from the test- phase and the Development Team is working on the final application.

The Service Manager will define the required services and the agreed KPI’s.
