IT Managers

In each round, the team gains new information about the market and how customers respond to UBANQ services. Based on this, he creates a plan for the next round. What are the priorities in this round? What new services will you implement and what plans do you plan to improve existing services.

After planning the activities, the team will start planning the time allocation for these projects in the "Work in Progress" table. At this stage, Game Leader can incorporate new work tasks, problems, and malfunction reports into the simulation. All these unplanned activities cost you extra time and money.

Game Leader evaluates the volume, scope and quality of work performed. This result will determine the score of your teams. The score includes points for meeting project parameters, such as expected revenues, costs, profit, client growth and market share.

In each round, the team will receive feedback from the Game Leader. You will discuss what has worked and what you can improve for next. In this phase, Game Leader will show you the practical aspects of IT4IT and its use for solving managerial tasks.
