ISO/IEC 20000 Lead Auditor

This course will prepare you for auditing IT Service Management according to ISO / IEC 20000-1: 2018. You will learn the basic principles of SMS (Service Management System) in the entire life cycle from audit preparation, through the implementation of internal and external audits, resolution of deviations and processing of the audit report with recommendations, comments and discrepancies. You will have all these skills practically explained in the context of ISO ISO / IEC 17021-1 and ISO 19011 standards.
