MoP® Certification
The MoP® certification scheme offers two levels of certification: Foundation and Practitioner. MoP Intro is an introductory managerial cross-section without certification, i.e. with a MoP Leaving Awards.
MoP Foundation
Aims
Graduates of the MoP course must demonstrate the comprehensive knowledge and skills needed for portfolio management. Certificate holders thus certify that they are able to work in this managerial position. The MoP Foundation Certificate is also required to complete the MoP Practitioner course.
Target group
This certification is intended for everyone who works in the field of portfolios, whether full-time or informal, or as a member of a team. Management of Portfolio is a defacto agenda consisting of investment decisions, project deliveries, programs, implementation of strategic goals and benefits. MoP is a completely relevant course for all those involved in these activities, or even the planning and implementation of changes.

- 50 questions
- Duration: 40 minut
- Mass mark: 25 correct answers
- Format: multiple choice questions
- Closed book exam
MoP Practitioner
Aims
At the Practitioner level, you deepen the comprehensive knowledge acquired in the previous course. You must demonstrate that you have a sufficient understanding of the principles of applying the MoU in practice. You can adapt Management of Portfolio to the current environment and organization. You can design appropriate procedures and techniques for managing projects and programs, respectively. portfolio.
Target group
This certification is for everyone, as is the Foundation. It is assumed that the Practitioner has higher / senior knowledge, which he / she will use to manage the portfolio of activities. The certification course can be recommended to all those responsible for investment decisions, project deliveries, programs, implementation of strategic goals and benefits. MoP is a completely relevant course for all those involved in these activities, or even the planning and implementation of changes.
