MoP FAQ

Management of Portfolios is the highest management level of project and program management. It focuses on the implementation of strategic plans, setting priorities, approving, managing and controlling projects, programs and other activities that are planned by the top management of the organization.

In the role of Portfolio Manager, you will be primarily responsible for planning, controlling and managing strategic goals with the help of PRINCE2® projects and MSP® Programs.

  • Portfolio preparation in connection with planning plans, setting priorities;
  • Providing support, elimination of duplicate projects, portfolio optimization;
  • Stakeholder management (project / program teams), stakeholder communication, organization management.

Management of Portfolios will help you realize strategic goals and plans. By implementing the MoP, you maximize the ROI (return on investment), and you need to reset the priorities of projects, programs, and all this with the allocation of only those resources (not only financial) that have been allocated for these activities.
