The Portfolio Management Introduction course is designed as a basic managerial introduction to portfolio management (projects / programs) using the proven principles of the PORTFOLIO Management framework.
- We will introduce you to the basics of the 5 Principles methodology, which will help you set up portfolio management in your organization.
- We will also show you 2 cycles (Portfolio Management and Portfolio Management), which will work for you continuously in parallel and help you make the right management decisions.
- We will also show you on practical examples all 12 activities that are the content of these two cycles and which contain all activities for portfolio management.
