P3O Foundation
Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices (P3O) helps build and manage a structure to support the management of projects, programs, and portfolios. This makes it easier for senior and top management to implement any changes within the organization. The methodology can be applied in both large and small organizations, as it easily adapts through its flexible structure. It is completely independent of the industry or focus of the organization.
Target Audience
The course, including the P3O Foundation certification, is designed for anyone who wants to master the Project, Programme, Portfolio Office (P3O) methodology, which is fully compatible with project management (PRINCE2), program management (MSP), and portfolio management (MoP).
You will learn the key terminology and fundamental concepts that form the basis of PPM (project, program, and portfolio management). This level also serves as a qualification criterion for the subsequent Practitioner level course.

The first day of the P3O course introduces the framework, explains its importance, and shows models tailored to organizational needs. The third day focuses on P3O implementation and intensive preparation for the P3O Foundation certification exam, which concludes the course.

P3O Foundation Exam Prep
P3O® builds on the references in PRINCE2®, MSP®, M_o_R® and MoP® to provide a source of information for organizations and individuals wishing to set up or maintain an effective delivery support office.
The final exam takes place online after the course. All candidates will receive an exam voucher to book the date of the final exam themselves.

Obsah kurzu zcela splnil moje očekávání a zároveň přinesl spoustu podnětů ke změnám v přístupu k firemnímu řízení PortfolioProgrammeProject. Pokud bych měl uvést nějaký tip ke zlepšení, či zamyšlení, zvážil bych, zda by se kurz nedal zvládnout během dvou dnů, namísto tří. V porovnání např. s Prince2 Foundation není informací takové množství. Na druhou stranu je pravda, že třídenní platforma dává větší prostor k diskusím a opakování. V každém případě díky za školení, která nabízíte! PCh
