This is a three-day course, delivered as a classroom event and is designed for people who require a general level of P3O understanding. The training provides knowledge about best practice models to align their current portfolio, program or project office or centre of excellence.

P3O Foundation Exam Prep
P3O® builds on the references in PRINCE2®, MSP®, M_o_R® and MoP® to provide a source of information for organizations and individuals wishing to set up or maintain an effective delivery support office.
The final exam takes place online after the course. All candidates will receive an exam voucher to book the date of the final exam themselves.

PRINCE2 Foundation Exam (Axelos / PeopleCert)
The purpose of the Foundation certification is to confirm that you have sufficient knowledge and understanding of the P3O guidance to interact effectively with, or act as an informed member of, an office within a P3O model. The Foundation certification is a pre-requisite for the Practitioner certification.

Obsah kurzu zcela splnil moje očekávání a zároveň přinesl spoustu podnětů ke změnám v přístupu k firemnímu řízení PortfolioProgrammeProject. Pokud bych měl uvést nějaký tip ke zlepšení, či zamyšlení, zvážil bych, zda by se kurz nedal zvládnout během dvou dnů, namísto tří. V porovnání např. s Prince2 Foundation není informací takové množství. Na druhou stranu je pravda, že třídenní platforma dává větší prostor k diskusím a opakování. V každém případě díky za školení, která nabízíte! PCh
