Benefits

Black Belt training and certification confirms detailed knowledge of statistical techniques needed for professional management of optimization projects. Holders of these certifications guarantee the correct application of techniques and procedures in projects and provide consultations to Green and Yellow Belt team members.

Six Sigma demonstrably improves the quality of process outputs by identifying and eliminating the causes of defects (errors) in production and business processes using a quality management methodology.

Black Belt managers are experts in project and process management. Each Six Sigma project has a methodological sequence of steps and quantified financial goals. In recent years, the Six Sigma methodology has been increasingly combined with lean production, creating a brand new approach: Lean Six Sigma.
