    The candidate should have a knowledge of basic techniques. This course includes 80% advanced Lean Six Sigma techniques according to the phases of the Deming cycle, including practical scenarios.

Trainers

Petra Šimůnková

Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt trainer. Although she is one of the younger coaches in terms of age, she is a professional senior consultant. She has worked her way up in manufacturing companies except for the Six Sigma Manager. Her responsibilities were to increase quality, efficiency in processes, risk monitoring while reducing costs, especially through more efficient procedures and elimination of waste.

A graduate of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, majoring in Industrial Engineering and Management. Petra works on projects such as "Product Engineer" and Lean Manager. It is here that she uses the methodology and techniques of Lean Six Sigma.

Certification

Green Belt | Lean Six Sigma accredited

The entire course is organized based on the individual phases of the Deming cycle. One area is covered each day, including practical exercises. The exam takes place on the last day of the course. Knowledge of the topics covered in the Yellow Belt course is a prerequisites.

  • The course ends with a test which consists of 40 questions.
  • Green Belt test contains basic statistical calculations (15 questions).
  • After passing the test (80%), the candidate will receive a Green Belt certificate.
