- Resource management: consistently plan and coordinate available and allocated (finance/human) resources over time.
- Strategy: adherence to the schedule and budget, communication in the project, technical problems or security of staff for the project
- Change management: setting up controls of disgraceful outputs in the Project Plan, their control during the project up to the final acceptance
