This managerial introduction is followed by a comprehensive 2-day course in Kanban methodology called Kanban System Design (KSD). The course ends with an international certification. Even KSD does not require qualification prerequisites.

The course is intended primarily for those who have no experience with the Kanban methodology, but also for those who want to shift your skills and maximize the benefits of the Kanban Board.
