Lukáš works where auditing meets training. At TAYLLORCOX he audits quality management systems against ISO 9001 and other standards, and as a P3M3 Assessor he evaluates how mature an organisation's project, programme and portfolio management really is. His audits feed straight into his courses: he knows where processes break down, why standards are ignored and how to set up governance that works beyond the paperwork.
As a trainer he delivers accredited PRINCE2®, PRINCE2 Agile® and M_o_R® courses, and in the Industry section he teams up with Petra Naibrtová on courses for manufacturing companies, bringing the perspective of a quality auditor and project manager: improvement project governance, work standardisation, process management and linking the shop floor to the quality system.
