Scrum

Scrum is a framework that prescribes roles, events, artifacts, and rules/guidelines to implement that mindset. In other words, Agile is the mindset and Scrum is the framework that prescribe a process for implementing the agile philosophy.

SCRUM

Scrum itself is a simple framework for effective team collaboration on complex products.

The Scrum model suggests that projects progress via a series of sprints. In keeping with an agile methodology, sprints are timeboxed to no more than a month long, most commonly two weeks.

Scrum role

★ Expertise and higher professionalism will significantly strengthen the development of products and services ★

If you already use a process / waterfall methodology for project management, you may have already found yourself in a situation where some aspects were more appropriate to address with an agile approach. The benefits of the SCRUM methodology are that you can use it to strengthen your existing project management system by gradually integrating key techniques as needed and your own priorities.

SCRUM framework

Scrum is a framework within which people can address complex adaptive problems, while productively and creatively delivering products of the highest possible value.
