EPI® Certified Information Technology Manager (CITM®) is designed to teach the skills, knowledge, and competencies required of a modern IT specialist working at team-leader, supervisor or management level.
Who is this certification for?
CITM® is most suited for seasoned IT professionals who have a desire to understand the current requirements and core competences for managing IT in mission-critical environments. It is best suited for candidates who have between 2 and 4 years of experience working in IT. They should have knowledge of systems, network and/or applications, service desk operations.
